Come join us for a lecture and discussion of three act structure. We look at how structure is necessary to communicate with audience and how some of the long-standing nomenclature works against the screenwriter trying to craft a compelling first act.
The discussion will be led by filmmaker Douglas Morse, a professor of screenwriting at The New School and director of nine feature films. Doug also works as a script consultant and leads screenwriting workshops. Trailers and clips at www.grandfatherfilms.com
This event is FREE though donations to cover the space and the speaker’s time are appreciated. Approximately 2 hours.
