Our Vision

Supporting Media Entrepreneurs

For a long time, tech entrepreneurs, developers, and other startups have taken center stage when it comes to availability of work space, capital and resources. Co-working spaces, accelerators and incubators were (and to some extent still are) meant for those people and companies that were launching 'traditional' startup companies.

Not much thought was being given to those people who were brave enough to decide to become filmmakers, web series creators, screenwriters, and others within the mediums of film and television. Then, the thunderclap from companies like Netflix, Amazon and Hulu came.

Digital Distribution suddenly gave financial prosperity to the art of storytelliing and along with that, a flood of new content creators came to market. Even still, adoption for storytelling as a business is still challenging. Investment is tough. Resources scattered and hard to connect to and the old adage of "It's not what you know, but WHO you know" still exists.

That's what we are hoping to help break down. We want to help our members develop their  craft, build their industry connections as well as provide access to services, events and opportunities that other entrepreneurs get.
